The individual offers and reservation confirmations are created directly from the room plan to the respective guest by means of sophisticated access to the database. The basis of gastrodat’s automation is the cross-media integration of master data into the digital offer and/or the digital reservation.

The graphically designed “mini-websites” are sent to the guest. Through the visual representation of your photos, colours, texts, fonts and arrangements, each digital offer, digital reservation and digital email is given its own charm – a unique piece!
Through intelligent automation, you create an attractive letter with little effort, from offer to reservation and deposit confirmation to digital letters. In this way, you ensure a high recognition value.

What is included in the CorrespondenceManager?
The online system for hotels contains all modules for optimal communication between you and your guests. DigiOfferfor quotation, DigiReservation for reservation confirmation and DigiMail for direct communication by mail.
Can changes be made by yourself?
The basic principle behind gastrodat’s online system for hotels is that you can change everything yourself and don’t have to pay anything for it. Images, texts, teasers, links, etc. can be changed with a few simple clicks. However, if you do not feel confident enough, our dedicated staff will of course be happy to assist you at any time.
Can a guest pay in advance?
Yes! With the selected option of online (partial) payment, your guest will be guided through a payment wizzard, where finally the transaction will be made. The booking and payment confirmation will be sent automatically upon successful online (partial) payment.
How does gastrodat’s CorrespondenceManager work on the cell phone?
Our CorrespondenceManager is full responsive and therefore adapts to any device such as tablet or smartphone!
What if the room offered is no longer available?
No problem! The hotel program sends the data to the DigitalOffer in real time. If in the meantime the room has already been assigned, the system notices that the room you suggested is no longer available in the period and – upon request – allows an available room of the same category. This allows a guest to book at any time.
Is the CorrespondenzManager only available in German?
The applications in gastrodat’s CorrespondenceManager are currently available in five languages (German, English, Italian, French and Dutch).
Can the DigitalOffer and DigitalReservation be designed as desired?
Yes! You can customize colors, images, fonts, texts and links yourself and individually. Our nearly 15 templates (designs) also allow you to display photos, services, etc. in different ways. You can change them as often as you like. You can make all these changes yourself, which means that you work completely autonomously. However, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our staff.
